Ordered 1 medium turkey sub & 1 small Italian. I got 2 smalls. The I assume manager asked if I wanted to purchase an additional small. Wasn’t my mistake, 2 smalls would of cost me $3 more then if I would of gotten the medium I ordered. I purchase lunches at work for all of our employees on special treat days. Firehouse subs will no longer be on the option list.

Brisket sub was amazing! Nice and tender, semi smoky meat, decent amount of sauces. Great customer service and great food and cool decorations inside. Went on my birthday for first time and i definitely recommend checking them out, free birthday reg sub.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and it was not even busy. Employees were in absolutely no rush. When we asked about the status of our order, the employees were incredibly rude and laughed that we were even asking. Will never go back

Very very busy but it was majority people who had already placed order online. My name was never called when sub was finished I finally asked. Then when I looked it had cheese which I requested no cheese when ordering. The response and the customer service , friendliness just wasn’t there. I said thank you and I’m sorry to bother you and no one as much said a word back. I also ordered a drink and wanted a brownie after arriving and they had no brownies when she checked then I asked for chocolate chip cookie no cookie, so I paid for my drink which if I had been a manager would have said drinks in us. Anyway first and last time ordering from this location .
