Please firehouse don’t respond with your generic reply. We know you don’t care because this is common practice at this establishment. We are making deli sandwiches here. Literally putting mayo lettuce and meat on bread. Why for the love of Jesus Christ does it take so long for a sandwich? Then you have us stuck in the drive throughout which seems like a fire hazard. Is firehouse against fire safety? Non of us can leave even if we wanted to.

I went through the drive thru to order and I told the lady to make my sandwich with turkey and pepper jack cheese only and told her no mayo and then I get home to find out my sandwich is layered with mayo etc… Tried to call for a replacement sandwich got no answer. Management needs to train there employees.

The food was not good. It cost way, way too much. The service was poor, to say the least. When I expressed these thoughts, the drive- through person just shrugged her shoulders & closed the window. This was in Moultrie.i won’t be going back there.

If only the customer service was as good as the food. My order was supposed to been ready at 6:20 didn’t get it until almost 15 minutes later. None of the girls acknowledged me or the other customer that was waiting. A simple “someone will be with you in a minute” would’ve been nice even if it was a lie.

Took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me in the drive through then they gave me the completely wrong order. Been waiting for hours to eat on this road trip. Ordered a pastrami sub and was really excited for it. Got stuck with a damn plain turkey sandwich on wheat bread. It really don’t get anymore disappointing than that!
