Excellent food, served reasonably quickly. While unusual not to hear what I would call normal when I would walk into a firehouse subs location and hear the all too familiar “welcome to firehouse!” chorus from all the employees it seems to be a thing of the past. I haven’t heard it at either Vancouver location we have visited to date, and hope it will make it’s way back..always made it feel even more inviting and friendly inside.

Duane at the counter was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Helped with our options, stopped by our table to see how we liked our choice, cleared our table and even held the door as we left. Not many people like him. Food was really good. Had the steak sub and tasted the Jamaican jerk sub. Both were awesome. Can’t go wrong with either. Plan on returning. Try if you have only driven by.

I’ve been here a few times. We live across town but we love this place. They are super nice, and fast, and the sandwiches are delicious. The pop machine is awesome with so many choices. The pop is always mixed well and never flat. I love the selection and very much appreciated the service and cleanliness of the lobby.

Ordered in advance providing them 45 minutes to prepare our meal for pickup. When we arrived 45 minutes later, the food was not ready. It took them another 20 minutes before they told us that it would be another 15 minutes. On top of it, we have watched multiple walk in customers get there orders ahead of our, despite us already being there waiting. An hour and twenty minutes is ridiculous to make 4 sandwiches.

Pretty darn good subs! I eat here a couple of times a month and usually get the Italian or the Steak & Cheese! The only reason for 4 stars is the making of the sandwiches is a little slow., but worth the wait for great tasting subs.

Firehouse is my favorite sub shop. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch with no lettuce/tomato/onion. This location forgot the bacon on my turkey bacon ranch and there were bits of lettuce throughout my sandwich from which I assume someone picked the lettuce off. This left my sandwich with just turkey, cheese, and sauce with surprise pieces of lettuce which was rather disappointing.
