I ordered online for a minimum wait. That was not the case. I ordered and walked in 10 minutes later. I wasn’t expecting the sandwich to be ready. I asked the worker making the sandwich if it was ready; she said no, so I sat down. They called out names as the orders were ready. I never heard my name called. 15 minutes later, I asked about my sandwich again. She said sorry and handed it to me. Communication sucks here, but the pepperoni pizza meatball sub was good.

Ordered a Sandwich through Door dash today, and on the receipt it said they didn’t have the ingredients for it and literally sent me a loaf of bread with nothing else. I can only wonder what went through their thought process that made them decide to package this and send it out. At least send me some sauce to dip the bread on.

Went there today and had s hook and ladder sub. Horrible. A few shavings of ham and a few of turkey. The sandwich look nothing like the picture. The picture had slices piled up whereas the sandwich at shavings. I told the employee and he said that it only had 2 oz of meat in total. I don’t think it even had that much. What a joke of a sandwich.

From the greeting you get when you step in, until the ‘have a nice day’ when you go, the whole experience is so nice. Great staff, great subs! the engineer is my fave. Plus, you are supporting our first responders. Buy an empty pickle bucket for 2 $ and make a donation for the firefighters!

I love firehouse subs! Their subs are delicious and made well. I use the app to order ahead of time and it’s so convenient. The staff at this location is very friendly, it’s nice how they greet you when you walk in. I have visited this location several times in the past 3 years and it’s always a great experience and a delicious sub.

I’ve been dining at firehouse subs for years. Now all of a sudden they change their hours from one day to the next, so the employee said. Closing at 8 pm do to shortstaff. This is unacceptable. This does not sit well with me at all. Yet you can go to Chick-fil-A across the parking lot and they are open with no problems of short staff. It’s always something with this location.
