This location is continuing it’s slow but steady decline in quality and service. This has been our go to stop on a drive from MS to GA, but every time it’s worse. Stopped in today, extremely slow service, dirty tables, no napkins, sandwich was sloppily thrown together and cold. It’s too bad because the location is convenient, but we won’t be back to this location. After looking at some of the other reviews over the last six months, I expect the owner will post saying “that’s not how we do things here” or some such, but based on the other reviews yes it is.

I’ve been coming back to this location for about a week now. I’ve been having issues when they mess up my order, I haven’t noticed anyone breaking health code by touching their faces or anything, and the staff there haven’t been rude or disrespectful towards me. The main issue is my orders and online orders. Just yesterday I came inside ready to eat just before my work shift, I came in grabbed it, and left without checking my sub. I found that only did I receive a pickle (which I always turn down but isn’t a big deal), but my “Extra Toasted and peppered sub” wasn’t even. I was wanting to try to stack it this time around and I didn’t even get to experience to full sandwich I had ordered. And another time I questioned if the staff who prepared my sub even knew how to make a sub. When I got my order the one day I come find a “sandwich” not a sub for it was cut ALL THE WAY THROUGH. I had to make a mess just to eat it that day. The one reason I didn’t march back in there was because for whatever reason one of the staff offered me a free drink when I didn’t order one. I recommend to people wanting to try Firehouse the first time to prolly not use this location.

This place is horrible and slow. I ordered online and when I got to the store they didn’t even start it and acted confused. I got my sandwhich then they tried to ask me if I was paying card or cash when they knew it was an online order. Not only that but the sandwhich was cold and didn’t even have the stuff I asked for. First off we had an online order that was supposed to be ready by 5:15. We got there at 5:20 and our food wasn’t ready. It would have been fine if they were busy. But they were not and the manager was outside socializing with a group of people and when she finally came inside she was complaining about having to come in and work. They did not get my daughter’s order right. My wife’s sandwich was horrible. As was mine. I do not think we will be going back to this location anymore. This is a picture of my wife’s sandwich. It was supposed to be an Engineer as it comes on gluten free bread.

First time visit(and last!) The place desperately needed a clean up. ALL tables were dirty and unclean. We had to clean our own table in order to dine in. Maybe 2 other customers and 4-5 staff on hand. No excuses for laziness in keeping the place clean. Also, out of onions ??? Chili was cold and tasteless. Subs were fair, not what we expected.

Food was OK but if you need non sugar sweetener the ONLY option was pink packets (Sweet and Low) which is a no go for most people.
