Would give zero stars if i could. Was flat out told no they would not serve me because they had closed early. this happened on 1/23/2023. Yes it was 9:25 pm when we arrived but they already had the lights OFF and the open sign turned off. When I asked why they couldn’t serve me they said it was because the manager was sick. Went to chickfila instead and had amazing service. Would always recommend chickfila.

An excellent experience. The service was fast and accurate. The Italian and engineer were delicious. Full of meat and fresh bread. We like Firehouse subs but they are not all equal. We will visit this one again. Good job.

Food was ready when we arrived, however BBQ sauce was all over one container. I asked for napkins and got no verbal reply, just a blank stare. One sandwich had raw onions instead of the requested caramelized onions.
