We visited here to grab a sub after a day of shopping! We were greeted when we walked in, then a short wait to order. The subs were excellent and a little different then your typical sub but in a great way! I loved the fun choices and tried one as written. It did not disappoint! I would visit again for sure when in the area! Great job!

First time in years at this location. Wow what a disaster. Food took 30 min for 3 medium subs. Only thing I ate that day and I got food poisoning. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE firehouse but WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. An employees children were behind the counter making sandwiches, making catering orders and the mother was very very rude. Love firehouse? Go to any other location. Oh and this was at 3pm not a normal time to take that long for 3 medium subs and only one other customer in line.

We arrived 8:15 on a Fri. They close at 9:00. Got the “was hoping nobody else was coming” eye through the glass before we made it inside. They was out of white bread for medium subs and brownies. Also said the lobby closed at 8:30. Everything I see is close at 9:00. The whole vibe was they didn’t want us there. IYKYK

Hi my name is Joseph and I recently went to firehouse subs in st. Charles in Sunday afternoon the service wasn’t great because there were black people that yelled at me when I asked why my food was last when I ordered food before the other customers. But when the Mexican lady asked me what was wrong she answered my questions and apologized for.the service for not being quick but not in a rude way how the other men were . My only day off is.Sunday and if they keep on Working on Sundays then you guys are going to lose another loyal customer. You guys need to train and choose your employees good because if not you guys are going to run out of business.

The doors were locked after opening the posted opening hours. I stood at the door for a few minutes because they were just watching me and taking to their family inside already.. then when they let me in, they’re family got into line… To order food… For 15 minutes… Then the girl working the register was rude.. lol, to me??? They were very rude, and didn’t care about it in the least..

First time eating at firehouse subs the service was great and fast was about 3 minutes from order to eating however about half of the bread my sandwich was on was stale and my chips were stale the restaurant was very dirty lots of crumbs and paper on the floor and almost every table was dirty as well overall the sandwich was very good and the service was great however I probably will not eat here again
