Terrible service!!! I called the store and made an order and when I went to pick it up the manager said that they don’t have anything for me and that I must have called the wrong store so I redialed the number and the phone INSIDE THE STORE RANG then the manager (patty) told me that the order is not under my name so when I told her what I ordered and the order turned out to be mine she gave it to me with an attitude, the manager (patty is her name) was not only extremely rude to me but to her employees too. She needs to be fired and I will never be back to this location !

I wish I could give 0 ⭐️Worst place ever came here first time because t-mobile gave me a coupon. An the manager Patty make my experience the worst one ever in my life, she doesn’t even let the cashier do what she’s supposed to because she constantly keeps telling her what to do. The manager with the same gloves that she portion the food touch the register without changing it disgusting. She’s very rude with me doesn’t even let me talk probably because I’m Spanish because the white people she didn’t talk to them as she did to me wich it’s racist and justify that saying she’s the manager.But she’s not the owner I wish a District Manager or someone higher can take care of who they hire in Oder to treat nice with respect and dignity their clients in order for them to come back. Any questions for more details I will be happy to answer because I know that I’m not the first or only one but not everyone take their time to said it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I came in for lunch and had the Hook & Ladder which was fresh and tasted good. The only thing I had to shake my head about was the cashier. She greeted me with a smile and was pleasant. I asked for a medium Hook & Ladder combo and she asked if I wanted the pickle. I said that I did and I followed that with the request not to have onions on my sandwich. She then asked if I wanted the combo to be small, medium or large. I looked at her for a second, dumbfounded that she didn’t listen to what I had said. I guess that’s just the standard for customer service these days. I very much enjoy Firehouse and will be patronizing them again.

If you are in Orlando and don’t want to go to the nearest sports bar, the atmosphere here is quieter. I was gonna get my sub to go, but when I saw the game was on, I decided to stick around. The staff were very accomodating.

Recently this location has gone down. I believe it has changed management and has become dysfunction junction– you can see they are easily overwhelmed behind the counter. Just please quote me an accurate time and temporarily turn off your online orders if you cannot handle the business you are getting. I have limited time for a lunch break and this was frustrating.
