Went for dinner tonight. Food was good but the service was neglected. The girl who served me had an attitude and was arguing with her coworkers as she made my sandwich. No regard for customers. Overall a meh experience

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Summitt last night! I came in right at closing and immediately apologized for being “that person.” He assured me it was no problem at all, and had the greatest customer service I have received at a fast food establishment. Firehouse almost anywhere is pretty consistently great. But at this location the customer service is just okay. I got a take out order with it being placed online. Generally speaking, usually all that is involved is getting drinks with everything else being in the bag. When I got there, I had to ask for the brownies and chip that went along with my order. She pointed out I would have to grab that myself. Maybe that’s how it always goes but seems to defeat the purpose of ordering ahead. One brownie had to be taken out of the cooler. I had an order for three people, you think a drink holder would be offered to me. Not at all. I will say they weren’t unpleasant about being asked by me for everything but they weren’t exactly enthusiastic. When I went to get my drinks, the soda foundation was out of a lot of drinks and there was no ice. At least the drinks came out cold, so I didn’t even bother pointing this out to an employee. Unfortunately a father had no problem informing them. Overall the experience wasn’t terrible but much improvement could be made.
