Not a very good experience with my online order tonight. Placed my order at 9:00PM, when I went to pick up, there was no one at the counter. A young man came out & said “I’ll be with you in a sec”, I told him I was there to pick up an online order. “Oh it should be on the shelf” – it wasn’t so I went back to the counter & a young woman came out & said “What’s up?” – said I was here for pickup. “Oh, what’s your name?” – “Oh, we’re out of chili”. Since I had already paid for it, they offered another sub, chips or a cookie. (No soup either) I said no, my husband just wanted to try the chili. “Well you can come back tomorrow & get it” :/ I said Ok. Get home, no pickles, my sub had lots of mayo despite requesting ‘light mayo’ (it was good besides that), my husband was not happy with his meatball sub.

We called in and picked up our order once I got it home it was not right. My daughter ate her sandwich anyway because she was hungry but it wasn’t what we ordered and I know I could’ve called and gone back and gotten it replaced but honestly, I just wish people would do their jobs correctly.

Dang this place was good. We live an hour north but had to run errands down in Hollywood and we’re rushed. The staff were super great and friendly and the food was ready super fast. It was a nice experience considering we had been driving for almost 4 hours.

I arrived at the store on Oct 28th at 430 and was the only person in the restaurant other than a woman behind the counter. She did not greet me or make eye contact and proceeded to sweep the floor for about 5 minutes while I stood at the counter waiting. She then finished her menial task and finally looks at me with a look of zero care factor and says “hey”. I wouldn’t trust her to wash my car let alone make food for me. I turned and left the restaurant. Very disappointed I have been a huge fan of FireHouse for years.
