The food is fantastic but when I placed an order for pickup, when I got there one of the workers was extremely rude for no apparent reason. When it was done she gave me a dirty look and almost like threw the bag over the counter. Then I said “have a nice day” she just turned around and ignored it. Awful way to treat a customer who is actually nice. Very disappointed.

Always order the Jerk Turkey and my wife orders the Hook and Ladder. Once we discovered Firehouse Subs we don’t eat at any other. The have the free refill self service coke machine so no waiting.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by all team members. I went to the counter to oder my meal and was greeted by Nikki. She did an awesome job explaining the specials and the toppings. Her customer service skills are top notch !!! I had the Italian sub with chips and sweet tea. The restaurant was clean and neat. Nikki constantly was wiping down tables and assisting on the counter. The food came out hot and it was delicious !!! Great job to all team members and a huge shout out to Nikki !!! Lunch was fantastic !!!
