Horrible experience, I advise anyone to be careful with ordering online. I ordered a sub online on Sunday July 30, 2023. I go to pick up my sub but they don’t see my online order. I wait an additional 30 minutes and the staff never even asked to see my receipt or even attempt to solve my problem. So of course I leave and went back to the site to request a refund that day. It is now Thursday August 3, 2023 and I have not heard anything from the location or the franchise. This is my first and last time dealing with this franchise.

It was my first time here and Antoinette was so kind. She gave me recommendations, she was pleasant and had a smile the whole time! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the order process here and her recommendation was amazing! I’m so glad i stopped by. Rickaya did a great job on my sandwich. You can tell she took her time. It wasn’t sloppy or messy. Everything was made to perfection. The store was clean and the music was perfect! Thank you to the entire team! This place is the worst service ever and I work in the service industry… They close at 10pm… I made a my first call at 9pm.. no answer.. I thought because they were busy…NO.. I walked in while calling the store their phones weren’t ringing at all.. His excuse was because they were busy.. no customers was in the building and nothing but employees just standing around talking to each other.. mind you I know how it is when it’s busy and they were not busy when there’s no customers in the building waiting for food…never mind.. THEY CHOOSE NOT TO PICK UP THE PHONE..THEY LET THE PHONE RING.. GOOD LUCK IF THEY EVEN PICK UP TO TAKE YOUR ORDERS.. YOU HAVE TO GO IN TO MAKE AN ORDER…

I ordered my favorite sub the smoke house cheddar brisket and added jalapeños… which I did not have my my sandwich when I got home. There was also not allot of meat in the sandwich. Definitely not my favorite location but not the worst.

I am writing this review in hopes they will update their hours online. Online says they close at 10 p.m. but when I arrived at 9:15 p.m. they already locked their doors and said they were closed. It’s frustrating especially when you waste time traveling there.

Store is ghetto the workers was playing nba young boy loud when I came in didn’t acknowledge me to see what I wanted to order until I was the last person in store just waiting smh I wanted to complain so bad but I knew it would’ve been pointless they’re young and don’t care said to say it was 2females at that I won’t be back to this location not to mention they was out of ham and turkey please fix the customer service here it sucks when people are spending they’re hard earn money
