Extremely disappointed in the veggie sub. Too much mayo, mustard, and overall a sloppy mess that fell apart when I picked it up. Gross. I ate most of the bread, a few mushrooms, but that’s it. I cannot stomach one more bite. Sorry.

All I can say is that I feel sorry for the owner! 3 people on last night, only 1 making sandwiches, the male individual did almost nothing besides snack on something walk around like he had hurt his foot for the 38 mins I waited for 1 sandwich. I have been here in the past and it was way better than last night. All of the people inside waiting couldn’t believe what they were seeing and voiced it to each other on the way out. Even door dash person’s were canceling orders as it was that bad. Again sorry for the owner who was paying for 3 people working and got 1.5

My chips were crums in the bottom if the bag, more than most stores, while eating my meal, an employee THREW Three Full Boxes of Chips to the floor for another crewmember to fill the chip rack.?? We ordered three subs. One was wrong. No problem. They replaced the sub with no problem. Very nice service and people. The subs were so big we three ate half then the other half the next day. They’re really good. We had two clubs. One turkey. All combos. We’ll eat here again. Very Satisfied.. And the sodas are big.

Usually a great place for their subs.When we travel,we look for this franchise. How ever,this one …Not so much. I ordered Club on a Sub and all the meat was in one place on the roll. Staff did not use standard greeting “welcome to Firehouse Subs” and we had to wait to order…Not crowded.Not enough help???

Drink machine had leak i guess cause coke or something was all over floor, no signs warning anyone, one worked which i guess was manger needs some training on how to talk to customers, bread wasnt toasted and roast beef for my sub tasted spoiled or something, worse firehouse ive ever been to and will not return even if it was free,, it was that bad

I’m always hesitant to go to this location because of the horribly slow service. I decided to give it yet another try. I placed an online order, it said it would be ready at 7:20, so I went in the store at 7:25 to give them some extra time. I still had to wait another 15 minutes after that for my order. There was no other customer in the store, except for a group of 3 that already had their food. I drive 30 minutes home and open my sub to find that it was just turkey. Missing cheese, Mayo, peppers, bacon, oil and vinegar. Some of those things I paid extra for. I never write reviews, but this is an every time thing now

This location gave me a very bad experience. The subs were built all wrong, two of them. Payed for large got small. The toppings on one were on the wrong meat and both subs the meat was so sparse a two year old would still be hungry. Very disappointed with service and servers.
