This place has the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. I greatly appreciate the very friendly customer service and fantastic food. Just ordered food out from here and I’ve honestly never been more disappointed. Really not picky when it comes to food by any means but this was truly gross. I ordered the New York Steamer which I’ve gotten in the past and liked but tonight it was completely soggy. The meat tasted extremely low quality and was slimey. On top of that we didn’t get the pickle that’s supposed to come on the side with your sub even after the cashier asked if we wanted it. The cashier was very nice but unfortunately the food was so bad I couldn’t stomach it. Won’t be eating at firehouse subs again as there are way better options.

So I order a sandwich on the app for my husband to pick up. My husband goes in and tells the worker my name for the order. She wanted the email confirmation. Of course he didn’t have it because I am the one that ordered it. So she asked specifically what the sand which was and he told her and she still was giving him a hard time. Lady – you have one order ready and if matches my name. How is that not enough? The tag wasn’t visible to the customer side so it’s not like he was reading off of it. I’ll continue going to the sparks store where they put their orders on a shelf and let the adults pick them up without a hassle.
