I ordered a large sub with just cheese, lettuce, and mayo. (veggie sub minus everything) and asked for extra cheese.

Got a philly sandwich with peppers, onions and cheese. From being greeted to checkout and ultimately the sandwich the experience was horrible. The sandwich literally had a spec of cheese included. The peppers and onions when present tasted like something cooked a week ago. For a $15 sandwich I would expect more then what I got for a day when there were only 2 other customers in the location at noon. I do not recommend this location and suggest people find a better place to spend their money.

Ordered the meatball sub. Flavorful and fresh, prep took a little under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and responsive. Firehouse has always served me quality meals and would rate them just slightly below Jersey Mike’s but a reasonable alternative. Certainly a step up from Subway, though more expensive.

This store closes at 9:00pm tonight I walked in at 8:24. The counter worker said you are coming late but it’s still 30mins left like I was holding up her closing duties. A little short of a decent welcome.

Everything was on point today. The staff was very polite and full of smiles ready to assist me. My sandwich was hot fresh and delicious. Good job!

When I ordered a sandwich a little after 9 pm tonight from the only place that was open, my expectations were low. I was sure the bread would be stale, the lettuce wilted, and the employees angry to be there, but I was a hungry man.

I ordered 2 subs 1 was made correctly and the other was not! I called to let them know they put bacon on my sandwich and forgot the lettuce and the man told me he made the sandwich himself and he made it right. He said he would replace the sandwich if I came back but I was in a car accident and cannot drive and do not have a car to do that. We also ordered gluten free bread and he opened the packages and wrapped them in foil which now they have to be eaten quicker. He was going to refund me on the bread but do nothing about my sandwich unless I can bring it back. Awful customer service and he hung up on me twice. I reported it to corporate but they have not done anything yet either. I will never eat at a Firehouse Sub again!!!!!!!!

I can’t even begin to say how amazing the service at this firehouse was. The girl at the register was so sweet and helpful and the sandwich was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Not only was the food good but the service was off the charts. 10/10 recommend.

Came in and waited for a while to get my order taken. Wasn’t busy but the two making drinks were busy socializing more than making the food at a fast pace. Other ones I been to have be much faster with more customers inside.

My wife placed an online lunch order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 11:55. I arrived at that time and proceeded to wait. After much time passed, I asked several customers that were getting their orders what time was their order supposed to be ready. It was well after mine. Finally, 35 minutes later, I get my order. I asked the gentleman why all those orders had been placed ahead of mine. He turned around and walked away ignoring me. I walked to the other end of the counter and asked him again. His response was “a salad takes longer to make. Have a nice day.” I then asked for the manager. The cashier asked if she could help me. I asked again who was the manager but no one would give me a straight answer. I have been in business for a very long time and would never allow my customers to be treated with this level of disrespect. I am very disappointed in Firehouse Subs and would not recommend patronizing a business that treats their customers in this manner.
