Did not get all my order. Ordered steak and cheese dbl Meat. Got the dbl meat but steak was as cold as if it was just taken out of cooler. Pd for cup of chili did not receive. Will never return. Lesson learned

Placed an order in the app. Was supposed to be ready at 12:40. Arrived at that time & was told “it just popped up, I’ll get to it when I can”. Waited 15 minutes & watched as people who ordered after me were getting their food. So 30 minutes after ordering on the app I asked about my order only to be told “oh it’s been right here the whole time”. Mad is an understatement. I understand things happen sometimes but no apology or anything. Absolutely unacceptable. Don’t ever visit this store!!
