This is the 3rd and probably final time I will be ordering from this firehouse subs. Out of the three times I’ve been they’ve given me the right order once and I order two sandwhiches everytime one for me and my boyfriend, both were wrong. Everytime has been for lunch inbetween work, so my boyfriend only really has time to order and drive straight back to work. So we can’t really check our sandwhiches until getting back to work. I understand messups happen sometimes but when you’re simply not getting what you order at all it’s a little aggravating. We ordered pretty simply again a medium hook and ladder and a medium turkey bacon ranch with no tomatoes. This is what we got (see pics) (mind you I’m allergic to mushrooms). The one looks pretty similar to what I ordered but it’s not it’s clearly someone else’s. It’s missing three things and three different things were added to it. If I didn’t open up the sandwhich and check (because it looks so similar) I could’ve broken out at work. They’re just not even checking what they’re giving people.

I really like firehouse but this is the second time I have used the app to place a pick up order and they got it wrong. My salad was no tomatoes and no bell peppers (I ordered the hook and ladder). When I get it home it is a half bowl, has tomatoes and the romaine is black. (Romaine not edible) I had to pick it out my salad. When you try to call, phone rings, someone picks up and then immediately hangs up the phone. Just disappointed. I don’t want money or my food to be replaced, please just fix one of my favorite places.

We dined in today with my grandparents after church. The cashier seemed to be struggling and there was a mix up and we refunded our order to start from scratch. The manager was not only rude to my grandma but was also rude to the employee. Once we reordered the cashier (bless his heart) left off my grandmas sub. We didn’t realize until the food was done and ready for pick up. The guy making the sandwiches tried to make it right and just make the sub, however, the manager was rude and loud about it. She threatened to take the cost of the sub out of the two employees pockets. I went up to pay for the sub because it was just an accident and she continued to be rude to employees in front of all the customers. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a firehouse. By the time we left I was so angry with her I was shaking. The employees shouldn’t be treated this way let alone in front of customers.

The subs are good and I love the outdoor setting, but unfortunately that is absolutely where it ends for any positives I can say about this location. I have given it several tries before finally leaving a review, but the new manager is definitely the tipping point. The times I have interacted with him, he is extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. And unfortunately, like all other organizations, good staff will either leave or start to adopt the attitude of their leader, and both are happening here. I hope this location makes it, but with new management. I can’t reconcile continuing to purchase fast food at this price point for such bad experiences.

Had a to go order, was placed about 20 or 30 minutes before I arrived. Order was not started for about 20 minutes later. There was only 1 other person in the store and the drive thru was empty. This has happened a lot with this location and I wish they could be more like the hey 70 store. Employees arent that nice or helpful and I will no longer be giving this store my business. It’s ashame, too. They are fairly new and for a while now the place hasn’t had much business and now we see why.

I am still trying to give them a chance because they are good in other locations, but between the long wait times for a small, simple order and the fact that they rarely get my order right I am running out of patience. Please read the ticket when you are making food, and please look at the sandwich while you are making it. Part of my sandwich meat was literally outside the sandwich on a recent order. On my latest order, they must have spilled half a container of red pepper flakes onto the tomato sauce and then baked cheese on top of it. I removed the cheese because it was literally a wall of red pepper, and I was then scooping out clumps of red pepper flakes that were on top of the sauce. Multiple people have echoed issues with this location on social media. Manager?

Cashiers are friendly, but the service is painfully slow. I can get a sub at a competitor within a couple minutes of order, at most. But an order here can take 30 minutes or more to receive. My last 2 subs I ordered here were made incorrectly, but I didn’t ask them to be remade because I didn’t want to wait another half hour. Probably won’t be returning here.
