I am very saddened at this location’s customer service. I was so excited to try Firehouse Subs for the very first time but this trip ruined it for me. As soon as I walk in, I do not get greeted by the two employees standing behind the counter. The short young Hispanic lady does not even acknowledge me when I am in front of the register, ready to order. Plus, the restaurant was trashed! The restrooms were out of order. There were no lids for the medium cups, the drinking station was covered with soda residue, trash on the floor, and tables had crumbs. And yet when I walked in there with my husband, there were no customers and the employees were just chitchatting. We ended taking our food to go.

Customers, beware. The prices posted on their inshop menu are not always what they ring up. When I questioned the disparity in pricing, the manager refused me service. Plenty of above board establishments in which to patronize in the area. Bait and switch establishments are not where I prefer to dine at anyway. Misrepresentation of pricing may not be the end of it. Where does it end, ingredients?

I ordered a build your own sub and it says make it hot or have it cold. I am unfamiliar with Firehouse Sub, and assumed it would be cold unless otherwise stated, and when I ordered, they didn’t ask. Well, when I received the sandwich it was hot. I apologized and explained I did not know it would be hot and I didn’t want a hot sandwich, and instead of offering to make me a cold sandwich, they immediately just gave me a refund. I really would have loved them to have just made me a cold sandwich.

Very unhappy with the sandwich I ordered! As I was eating it, I noticed when I was halfway through half of it, that I could not taste any mushroom (The picture on the website shows it loaded with mushrooms). When I opened the sandwich up, I noticed how super stingy they were with the mushrooms (maybe about 5)!! Not only that, I noticed that there was no cheese!! I included a picture from their website menu, which tells you the ingredients and a picture of the sandwhich, as well as a picture of what they gave me (after I hate half of half the sandwhich). Oh, and they did not give me a pickle, which is listed on what comes with the sandwhich, cause they said they ran out. Other professional businesses will compensate you when this happens, but they did not, and I should not have to bring it to their attention. I would have given them zero stars, but google maps makes you put at least one.

This was first time eating at Firehouse. I had a medium Italian sub and I have to say hands down one of the best subs I’ve had in a while. One word to describe this sub “Delicious”. Every bite was satisfying. Wow. I am definitely going back and will try every Sub the have on the menu.

Best chain sandwich shop around. I struggled to find a place that held up to my favorite sandwich place, Shlotzky’s Deli, until I tried Firehouse subs. The staff is great and the food is fantastic. I eat here way too much.
