Every time I go here, it’s a ghost town. That huge space and I never see more than one or two customers. The food is always good, they follow the recipes. Firehouse is always consistent from location to location. The staff here never looks happy. Can’t say I blame them. I wonder how much longer this location will stay open. Unless they’re doing a heck of a DoorDash business. I don’t know how they’re paying the light bill.

This store has consistently made the best firehouse subs we have ever ordered. When guests who are having dinner with us are moaning, smacking their lips and licking their fingers….”they were obviously having a moment caused by their sub”. Highly recommend this store. When I got there, lunch time, and they were quite busy. Even though the place was very clean and the service was extremely fast and everything was correctly as I ordered, I am only going to give them 5 stars because that’s all I am allowed. The atmosphere was a place I could hang out with my friends, but they may charge rent.

My first visit to this location was less than something to be desired. The store was dirty along with the tables. I ordered a meatball sub with pepperoncini and got jalapeños. If you’re going to work in a sub shop you should know the difference. I gave them a second chance today and the service with 8 people was slow and especially during lunch hour. I took my food home and it was missing items I asked for. Not good. And I paid $8 for something I could have made at home. Not visiting again

Don’t go! Seriously one of the worst dining experiences of my life, just look at my sub! You’re about to spend $7 on something and this is what you get. On top of that, the whole restaurant was consumed by smoke. I’m apparently they had no exhaust for their fumes. I have never had an experience like this before. I will never ever be coming back to this place!! Bake out one of my subs Right, but the other two were ridiculous. When you’re spending $7 on something, you should expect decent food. Even their Coke machine was empty. I tried clicking on Coke, then clicking on Cherry Coke and it stopped halfway. Went back to get it, thought it was an error, wasn’t. There were no other options besides Coke. Employee roll their eyes when I asked for hot sauce.
