Waited 20 minutes to get our food and we only order 2 steak and cheese subs along with 2 sides. The coke machine is not working right now qnd customers are able to pick from sweet tea unsweetened tea or cans of coke, sprite.. The food was not very good either it was just not up to firehouse subs standard.

The food was good. However, I didn’t appreciate the big guy with curly long blonde hair (an employee) cussing around my 4 year old child. We were the only ones dining in and he was telling his coworkers a very animated story. Over the course of his story, he very loudly said the f-word multiple time, with my 4 year old daughter within 15 feet of him. He also said a** and s**t multiple times. No very professional and won’t be eating at this location ever again.

The food was how it is at any firehouse, which is excellent. But when you walk in and every employee glares at you and refuses to speak until you’ve tried to get their attention multiple times, it kinda takes away from the actual food. Hope they were just having a bad day when I came in.

I have never ate at any fire house subs before I’ve always went to subways because they send me coupons in the mail but I’m on vacation and this place is right outside the parking lot of my hotel so we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did its literally the best sub sandwich place ever and they have soups as well the potato soup is the best will definitely only eat at fire house subs from now on they are way better and more fresher than sub way I don’t even care about the discounts the food is truly way better and the price is not that much of a difference
