Ordered from here through DoorDash. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were completely wrong. Both of the chips were not the ones I ordered and my husbands drink deals missing. I know it’s not a fault of mine due to the receipt attached to the bag was correct. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I’ve tried to call back for 30 minutes now and the line is busy due to it probably being left off the hook. I understand that things happen, but everything was wrong and they won’t even answer the phone to make it right. If I could give zero starts I would.

2-3 times staff has asked me to hold before placing my order and when it’s been so long (today 5+ minutes) that I hang up and try calling back the call won’t even go through. Greer is more convenient for me, but the service at the Firehouse Subs in Taylors, SC is top notch.

First the good. The dining room was actually open and available, and decently clean. The workers were friendly enough. We went with several friends and the workers took our orders in a timely manner, and everyone’s orders seemed correct.

I drove 15min to get those subs for my sick bf, hoping to lift his night a bit. It was probably not right that I didn’t check but nonetheless they completely messed up his sub, or gave me someone else’s. Getting home and he say they messed up really bad ruined both our nights.

Being dietetic eating wheat instead of white bread is important. They used white bread on my sub. Ingredients left off my sub as well. Check your food before leaving because it seems as if it’s hard for some to get orders right.

I usually don’t complain about places if I don’t have something good to say I usually won’t say it I want you to look at this tomato they had to know it wasn’t ripe it’s almost completely yellow and the lettuce that was on the sub was pretty much black but I didn’t go through and pick it all out put in the picture I want to take it back but I only had 30 minutes for lunch I just think for what you pay there it should at least be fresh but it was a very clean place or I wouldn’t have given it two stars
