Normally i would give 5 stars but service has gone downhill lately. I couldn’t understand the newer employee behind the counter as he wouldn’t speak up even after requesting. The girl training him doesn’t seem like she wants to be there as she was just hanging on the wall with her head down and on her phone. When he had a question she couldn’t answer it as she wasn’t paying attention. The 3 gentlemen making the sandwiches were polite and friendly, they were able to help more than the girl trying to help the cashier. If the only interaction I had was with them this would be a much better experience. If someone is training a newer employee she should at least want to be at work that day.

The staff here is beyond amazing Brandon being the manager. He truly cares about his staff and loves his job. Grace is always working hard and making the customer smile. And of course the food is great!

Sandwiches are fine but 2 of their staff members are rude. I’ve asked about ingredients here twice because of allergies and on both occasions, the guys response was they’re not looking at ingredients and they’re not responsible for doing so. How bizarre. If someone has a food allergy and you work at a business that sells food, wouldn’t one of your top priorities be knowing the ingredients of your food? I hate going to this location because of the 2 rude workers I’ve encountered there. One is taller with thick black glasses. If you see him, try to avoid any interaction. Def not a people person!

I would be weary of placing orders through their App. I placed an order on July 9th and I received an email confirmation that the store received my order. I showed up at the designated pickup time and they said they had no record of my order. I showed the cashier my receipt and email confirmation, but they didn’t seem to care. So I left without getting my food. I would’ve thought a manager would’ve stepped in to make the situation right. But I guess not. I’d make sure to place your orders in person.

Normally I would give this a better rating, but the person that took our order acted like we were a nuisance and acted like he had somewhere else to be (after getting into work). I was charged for add-ons that weren’t even added. And I got charged about 37 dollars for a Turkey Bacon Ranch and a Steak and Cheese (both large) and we didn’t get the add on. It was very disappointing that they treated us like this then charged me for the other toppings and didn’t get them! I normally come to this location but after today, I don’t know. It’s just very disappointing.

Worst brisket and cheddar sub I’ve ever had at any of their locations. I’m not sure there was even actual brisket on my sandwich. There was so little filling in the sandwich, it was like 80% bread, which is not what Firehouse usually does. Mac n cheese was also subpar. I’m not a fan of this location. 🙁

This particular location of Firehouse Subs in Omaha, NE is my absolute favorite. I drive across town just to visit this location. All of the team is friendly and always cheerful with a smile. The food is always outstanding. Brandon Miller, General Manager knows his regular customers by name. This team is a team of professionals that go way above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend anyone interested at trying this place out for a first time or to make a stop by this location any time.

The food was fine. The manager, not so much. As the line got longer he audibly said, “f-ing christ”. He seemed irritated that the store was getting business on a snowy night. Which is too bad because that type of attitude will eventually rub off on the employees. I should add that it was 6 pm so not close to closing. It was literally dinner time.

Was craving a great spicy sandwich and knew Firehouse could provide that. I added jalapeños, but was surprised to see they no longer offer the hot sauce station. That is what made you different and got me excited about your location. The Texas Pete packets just couldn’t do it.

I ordered online to pickup just as I’ve done many times before. When I arrived, just past the pickup time, my order was not there. I waited a few minutes and then the General Manager, Brandon, asked what I was waiting for and I told him I had a carry out order. He said it wasn’t in the system and suggested maybe it was ordered for a future date. I assured him that the date, time and store location was correct. I tried to show him the receipt I received from Firehouse Subs for the order but he said if it didn’t print him out a ticket he couldn’t make the order and that further more he was done talking about it. This all took place in front of other customers. My wife received the same treatment when she tried to talk to him. So they have my money and I have no food. I called corporate and they saw the order in the system and wasn’t sure why Brandon would react as he did. I am waiting to hear from the store owner but have doubts as to whether I’ll ever go back there again. Too bad because it was very convenient and reliable in the past.
