First time here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really liked the bread. Sandwiches had a good amount of meat. Only thing I didn’t care for was the sweetness of the Italian sub. Maybe it was the ham.

Purchase salad and chili had to bring chili back because I purchased from drive-thru chilling was lukewarm. I asked her to reheat again chili was just above lukewarm nowhere near 180° ate the chili got diarrhea salad what’s great hot food twice I received lukewarm chili 180° is needed to kill off bacteria they didn’t make it salad are great but the chili dangerous below 180 degrees

EXCELLENT! I ordered a fairly large order online for an early pickup and everything was ready to go when I arrived. The gal, who I assume was the manager, was extremely nice and very efficient which is rare in these days. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves a big high five! The restaurant was spit polish clean as was the restroom and everything worked out perfectly. Great place and great job!

Not a trustworthy company. We ordered three boxes for a work event yesterday and the subs had a great presentation. They looked like there was plenty of meat on them but when you opened them up to put sauce on them, most only had meat on less than half the sub. This was a ripoff and we will not be getting subs from them again.

Me and my wife’s first time at Firehouse Subs last night. Ordered to go meatball and prime rib subs. The prime rib sub was small and soggy, barely any lettuce, small tomato slices and meat was minimal and not evenly laid out. Didn’t even come close to looking like picture ad. I can make a sub better than this at home. The meatball sub was good and did resemble the picture. Truly disappointed but my wife did like the decor. Also the employee didn’t know how to ring up the customer in front of her so she had to wait longer. Seems like he needs more training. I worked in restaurants for 10 years so I know what I’m talking about. Will try it once more.

On Tuesday, May 2nd, I attempted to place an order for a sub online through the Firehouse Subs website. The online system was very slow and displayed an error that the order wasn’t placed. I attempted the transaction a second time, which finally went through. At that point I drove to the store and picked up my sub from the drive-thru. When I returned home I had received two emails that I was charged for the same sub twice. I attempted to call the store at least 15 times over the next few hours but no one answered. I called the next day as well and again no answer. I was finally able to get in touch with this store on Friday, May 5th. The store manager stated that this was an error on the online system and needed to be reported to customer service and that the store wasn’t responsible for the second charge. She even called the general manager and he stated the same thing. They provided the number to the online firehouse subs system and I finally got in touch with someone there. This individual told me that it’s absolutely the store’s responsibility to provide the refund and the owner and general manager are responsible and should be aware that customer service does not provide refunds through the online system. Since I’m getting nowhere I will be doing a chargeback to card and never ordering online from them. Buyer beware.
