If I could rate lower than one I would. used to be such a great place to eat at, now the service and experience are terrible, and the owner knows it. That’s why you can see him and his family in the Google reviews rating their own restaurant highly. Privies owners ran the business so well and were such a delight. You could barley keep them away from the restaurant and from taking care of their guest and workers. You can barley get the owner now to show up to his own store when there’s barley any workers and it takes half an hour to get a sandwich.

Walked in to get my take out (ordered by phone) and the staff was arguing. I pay my bill and sit in the lobby waiting for my food, only customer in the store. Manager (apparently) keeps rushing up and down voicing her dissatisfaction with the employees. I see subs being made and orders put together, not mine. After about 15 minutes I decide to ask about my order, it turns out it has been ready all along sitting on the counter. Manager apologizes and blames employees, hands me my order. As I get in my car I decide to check the order, the subs are cold and the bread soggy. I walk back in and ask the manager if my order could be remade, she rolls her eyes and says I’ll have to wait another 15 minutes. I’ve been going there for about 2 years, nothing ever remotely close to this ever happened, the experience was good until today. Not sure what’s going on.

Got poisoned TWICE from their sandwiches. After the first time, I couldn’t make the connection; once that happened for the second time, there was no doubt. Go there at your risk to either experience that OR being shortened on your order. Always check the contents of the bag they prepare for you to pick up. I was glad I did as it didn’t have a couple of components I had ordered and were only handed to me once I mentioned it AND in a way that told me they expected me to notice and had that item ready. Interesting, init? Regardless of the former or the latter matters, I will never ever go there again.
