We decided to come here for lunch and we are super happy that we did! The service was amazing and everything we ordered tasted absolutely delicious! We were greeted with nothing but smiles and the ladies didn’t get upset when I asked for A1, Captain Sorensen’s sauce, and a side of oil & vinegar. My son was also allowed to try on the fireman’s coat and hat that’s hanging up on the wall! That made his day, it also made ours, he looked so cute! Ps My daughter wanted Arby’s instead so we stopped there first before coming here and just brought it inside with us.

Appalled at the service! I ordered 2 subs online and arrived 45 minutes later to pick them up. When I arrived my order was not up so I inquired about it. The person I spoke with totally ignored me and would not answer my question. I then observed the staff goofing off, laughing and not acting professional. There seemed to be one staff member that was working the register and making sandwiches. She reprimanded the staff but they ignored her and laughed. It took over an hour to get my order from the time that I ordered it online. The food is very good but I won’t be back! So many other options out there!

This is a photograph on Monday May 15th at 8:25 PM.. You can see all the chairs have been stacked on the tables and they’re not gonna serve anyone, and would not xome to the door, even though their door Advertisement and their website claims to be open till 9:00 PM..

Normally I enjoy it here….today was the worst I’ve ever seen! I waited 30 minutes for 2 small subs the employees were bickering about one of them not doing their share of work this was after 1 in the afternoon so lunch rush was over. Poor management and employees who do not need to discuss outside drama while people are waiting 30 minutes for a simple sandwich!

Went to pick up a quick lunch and it took 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich. When I got home I discovered the sandwich had no meat in it. I had to drive back to the store. When I spoke to the manager I was a bit upset but nothing unusual given the circumstance. The manager quickly got very aggressive with me as if it were my fault that he forgot to put the meat in the sandwich. He started asking customers whether they thought I was overly upset given the circumstance. It was a complete humiliating experience and one that was completely the establishments fault. In the end they remade the sandwich but nothing else. No apology, no free sandwich, just humiliation.

Great food, very friendly crew. Most importantly of any restaurant of this type, the restrooms are clean I have eaten here a few times and always had a good experience. Never have a problem finding close parking.

Slowest Firehouse I’ve been too. 2 kids working, 1 taking orders, the other trying to keep up. Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich. The kids were trying but they need another helper back there.
