Wonderful customer service. Kind greeting when we walked in and then when our 9 month old pulled the basket with an untouched sandwich off the table and onto the floor they were kind enough to remake it for us. Totally our fault but that was just above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip through!

best subs on the north side of birmingham. cozy place with one of the friendliest staffs in fultondale. even if you manage to find a sub that comes close (which i doubt) you won’t find a better collection of hot sauces. they’re even number coded so you can pick how hot you want it then pick your favorite flavor. even though the dining area isn’t necessarily bigger than a school lunch room, they still have the game(s) on tv.

Second disappointing trip. Quality of sandwiches use to be A+. Well worth the high price. Now? Bread not fresh, almost stale. Swimming in mayo. I got the NY steamer and pastrami was very, very fatty. I’ve ordered the Steamer many times in the past and it was superb. What has happened? Husband disappointed in his sandwich, as well. We’re very hesitant about going back. Positives: prompt service and pleasant staff.
