When I entered , the female worker girl with the glasses just looked at me, no one greeted me. I stood at pick up order section, again just looked at me. The girl had a mean demeanor. When I asked for my sub, she snarkly grabs it ..hands it to the cashier to give to me..definitely didn’t feel welcome. I went there to get my guy the new meatball sub, who goes there faithfully..wasn’t impressed. Customer service is big for me

I called in my order 11:03am got to store paid @ 11:47am and my sandwich wasn’t ready. The sandwiches are great! it’s the lack of employees that’s hurting the order turnaround time.

This was my first visit at Firehouse subs. The staff was extremely friendly and an A+ in customer customer service! They have a great variety to choose from, and I was in the mood for a nice cheese steak sandwich for my free Birthday sandwich. I ordered the medium Steak & Cheese and added sautéed mushrooms, it was definitely more than enough, and really tasty! A little more filling and a little less bread is my only complaint.
