Only been here once before and it was good.. Second time in here. I order steak & cheese.. It’s supposed to come with onions and bell peppers.. I got none. I go ask why that is. They tell me they have none.. I would of never ordered the sub if I was told this before hand. The sub is just plain tasting with out them.. What is wrong with customer service these days?

Very slow. They need to prioritize the online orders vs their dine in customers. Having people wait nearly a half hour during non busy lunch hours when there is just a handful of people dining inside is pretty pathetic while a dozen plus people come in and get their to go orders.

Employees are completely clueless and have no idea how to do their jobs. I ordered a sandwich that came with peppers, grilled onions, and mushrooms. When I received the sandwich, it had no vegetables on it and they said they were out. They then refused to make another sandwich or give me a refund. Place is a joke. And the phat b1tch in the back making the sandwiches needs to be fired. Complete joke and a waste of money. Don’t come here.

Great sub place. You get a lot of food for the price and supports local firefighters. Sandwiches are fantastic. Toasted bread and steam baked so you get that crispy bread and moist and melty meat and cheese. Also sells in-house hot sauce made from datil pepper which is only in St Augustine Florida.

Just stoped in took awhile for someone to help me, there was a person who greated me then i waited for the 4 people to get done talking about some singer in the side room for the one to come help me. She wasn’t very friendly. Felt like she was upset i interrupted her conversation. Hope her concert is better then the food there.

The sandwich was not bad. Two stars! The service here is so so slooowwwww. Went close to 2pm and waited for close to 20 minutes for just a sub. It wasn’t even busy and there was 3 workers behind the counter. Workers have earbuds in and chilling, which whatever, I don’t care as long as the food is solid and it’s fairly quick.

Been here half a dozen times. The food is fresh but the service is lacking. The people are nice but they always forget things. Forget drinks, pickles, the sides are only half full at most; the lettuce is never drained so your sandwich comes soggy, etc.

The food was amazing! They have an assortment of hot sauces that I can’t wait to try and the customer service was some of the best especially for a time of day that wasn’t busy! Also when you sign up for their rewards program you get a free 6” sandwich, can’t wait to try something else from there!
