Firehouse Subs is my favorite take out place – I definitely recommend the Hook & Ladder for those who are looking for a classic sandwich with great flavor. Super quick service and friendly staff!

Pretty typical Firehouse shop. Food was as expected, and the customer service was good. Facility was clean and organized.

The wait was kind of long to receive my food, but this hook and ladder sandwich is DELICIOUS!! I would definitely recommend it! Definitely beats the taste of Subway sandwiches, too. Plenty of parking here and the restroom was clean. Friendly employees too.

Love this location! The crew always greets and always has my order ready and if don’t order ahead, they take no time at all! There are always customers in the lobby so it’s got a lot of traffic which is a good sign to me.

The food was good as always. But I tried the everything bagel bread. I did not want the sandwich that it came with I just wanted the bread on the sandwich that I wanted and come to find out you have to pay extra just to get the everything bagel bun to make my sandwich. On the picture it is packed full with seasoning all over the bread and when I get my sandwich it is not. It only has the black poppy seeds and the sesame seeds and that is it and it is not all over the bread it is barley covered. And it does not taste anything like the everything bagel. See picture attached.

Today I found a 3 inch hair in my sandwich. It wasn’t just laying on the meat, IT WAS WOVEN INTO THE SHREDDED TURKEY, so as I would try to pull it out, it broke into two pieces. So I ended up gutting my sandwich and pulling it all out. I am VERY disappointed as this place is right by my apartment and I don’t think me and my boyfriend will be coming back. There were a few girls working that did not have hair nets. They had their hair up yes, but they had ‘fly aways’ and I’m afraid it got into my sandwich. I’m not trying to be THAT person as I have worked in the fast food business and even though I wasn’t around food (I worked the drive thru) I had to wear a hair net.
