I’ve been to this location about 20-30 times, at least. Not only is the food consistently good, but the service and hospitality is always top notch. Even with a different crew than I’m used to, everyone is friendly and ready to provide service. It’s a clean environment where I feel more than comfortable dining in regularly, which can’t be said for a lot of places on Richmond highway. In all the times I’ve been here, today was the first time they messed up my order. They left the bacon off of my turkey bacon ranch – however before I could even get up to inquire about the mistake, an employee approached me with a couple strips of bacon wrapped in foil and apologized. 10/10, as a former sub shop employee I love this place.

Went yesterday to eat and completely ignored. I JUST came from Safeway to get a few things and stood at the register waiting to order for almost ten Minutes before I walked out. You’d think it was extremely busy but it wasn’t. And it would’ve taken just 2 seconds to acknowledge me to say be with you in a sec. But nope, a man in a suit leaned over the counter about a online order gotten full attention who walked in while I was still waiting. I walked out.

Amazing atmosphere, good customer service, great food, even at the end of their shift. Steak and cheese was amazing, have been here probably over 20 times or more in the past year so far. Always a good experience.

The whole staff is amazing and sweet. Have never had an issue with the food at all, sandwiches are always great. My only negative is their drink machine is either down often or not fully stocked so many of their drink “options” are not available.

Not worth the price. I spent $25 on a 6 inch and 4 inch steak and cheese sub with 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips, and the subs weren’t that good. I could’ve gone to Jersey Mike’s amd spent just a few bucks more and gotten bigger, better sandwiches. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered 2 medium subs and a drink to enjoy while I waited. One of the subs, a build-your-own), was turkey and Swiss with lettuce and black olives. I told the server, absolutely no mayo. Fast forward to picking up my order, I asked the woman who prepare the sandwich’s if she could confirm there was no mayo on the turkey sub. She nodded. Then, she took the bag back from me and wanted to be sure she had used wheat bread on both sandwiches. She had. I told her white bread was fine as long as there was no mayo. We’ll, you guessed it. When I got home, my turkey sub had mayo on it. I was so upset since I was assured there was no mayo on the sandwich. I guess I can cross Firehouse Subs off my list of take-out options.

Very solid sub shop. Nothing special but would definitely choose over the local Subway or Jersey Mike’s. Have never had an issue with getting exactly what I want on my order and workers always give you what you ask for unlike other places.
