Firehouse @ Eastgate never disappoints. I have had many subs there over since they opened. Always delicious and made as requested. They also put the meat and veggies on their sandwiches without slacking on the amount how some places lack. I tried the cajun chicken this time. Ordered the large thinking I would eat half and save half but it was almost impossible to stop eating it was so good.

This will be the second time I’ve placed an online order and it was wrong. How do you mess up a Hook & Ladder salad (No bell peppers), add banana peppers and onions? I received a salad with no meat, no onions and no banana peppers but plenty of bell peppers. And I’m allergic to bell peppers. This will be my last time going to this location. Three mins away and I have to start going to Germantown now.

Clean, quiet, and great customer service from the employees. The food is fresh and tasty. Variety of food items to choose from the menu. Can’t go wrong with either choice. Employees let in two teenagers recording a vlog and they were bothering all the employees and customers. Manager did not do anything and we were being pestered while ordering. It was not funny and we have not had a poor experience like this before at any of the other Firehouses in memphis

Someone tell me… Why have I been avoiding this place. This is my first try with Firehouse subs. I tried the Italian meatball sub. Omgoodness! Absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of everything on this sub. I will be returning to try out other subs.
