I own a business in Easley and it’s hard for us to get out and get lunch so today we have a little time so I placed an order over the phone (which took 4 times of calling for someone to answer) for all my employees and they tell me 10-15 minutes until it’s ready so I gave them 25 just to be safe since we’re finishing up a vehicle. When I go in to get my food they have no record of my order and want me to reorder and wait until they’ve made the 4 people’s orders in front of me that had came in which we did not have time for. Unfortunately nobody got lunch at my shop today and we won’t be back, the staff looked confused and the manager looked like the only one that was close to being competent but he handled the situation terribly 10 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone and if I was corporate, I would shut the place down because this is not the first time something like this has happened while trying to order there.

Placed an online order this evening and pulled up just in time to pick our subs up .. not realizing there was a no parking sign in front as we just pulled up and had never ordered from there before! Employee came out immediately extremely RUDE as can be pointing at the sign .. we then pulled to the side and parked . I went inside to pick up subs that we already paid for online. Same employee RUDELY handed me the subs as she assumed they were for me! Never said thank you .. just RUDE.. VERY RUDE customer service !!! All because we accidentally pulled up in the front of the restaurant ! I then asked her if she was always that rude to her customers and she lashed out yelling and made it apparent it was over us pulling up wrong! Mind you , the restaurant was full of customers !! I then decided I did not want the subs and wanted my money back !! Again she continued to be rude and refused to refund me !! I will NEVER step a foot in Firehouse Subs in Easley Ever again!!!! She also doesn’t care that this is reported and her Manager / Owners will find out! If this is how you want to represent your restaurant with unprofessional RUDE help … you have officially lost business!!!!

I came in 5/7/2023 and got my normal Hook & Ladder no onion no mayo at 2:53pm Togo. When I got halfway home and took the first bite and it was great. Then the second bite had this taste like super bitter I couldn’t even finish it. What ever was put on it must have been old or something. It’s never tasted that way. Unsatisfied customer today

Food is good as usual but second time I have been to this location and requested fully involved and had to go back and get the toppings I requested o well training day all over again, had I ordered it for pickup and got to my destination and not have the toppings I ordered I would have been very upset

The employees were rude & they complained about everything. All you could hear was them complaining about they were not going to be cutting the meat or how silverware was dirty & disgusting. Not a very good thing to say when you have customers sitting inside the building. Very bad customer service.
