Good sub place to eat. We ordered a turkey club, hero sub and a Philly cheese steak and it was really good. They use real cane sugar in the tea. The sandwiches have plenty juicy meat on them and vegetables. The atmosphere was just like any other sub restaurant. I really enjoyed relaxing and enjoying our dinner while fellowshipping.

Having Crohns disease, and very sensitive gluten intolerant firehouse went above and beyond. They have gluten free bread, cashier asked if i had a gluten allergy, they changed gloves to avoid cross contamination. I haven’t been able to have a sandwich in over 2 years, but firehouse made it happen. I will be going back every chance i get. Thank you firehouse for making sure every one can enjoy your subs.

I go twice a week and usually the sandwiches are great; but today it was clearly not the case. Before I begin please be advised that I called the restaurant when I got home and witnessed the condition of my sandwich. First I was put on hold and then when the person who answered spoke with me and I explained the situation I was told the manager did not have time and would give my concerns to the proper people. Now my concerns, starting with the meat being bunched up in the middle of the hero so at one end it was barren. Yet I could have dealt with that except there was so much Mayo on the sandwich it was slick and nasty. It was globed on as if I had asked for a mayo sandwich. I was quite disappointed and had it not been so close to closing I would have tried to make it back over there to have them remake it. That was nasty, the manager needs to realize that even though business is booming you have to listen to your customers and make things right.

I ordered a sandwich through Door Dash. I arrive to pick up my order and the young lady at the register says that they do not have my order. So I show her my confirmation email and my order in the app. She rudely says well it hasn’t come through yet we didn’t open until 10:30. I responded by letting her know I was actually 30 minutes late picking up the order and I made the order 15 minutes after they had opened. She again responds rudely that the order had not come through. After standing there for about 5 minutes a manager finally comes to the counter. He apologizes for the inconvenience and made my sandwich. Her customer service was horrible and the attitude was not needed. She could have called the manager to the front at anytime but chose to be rude and not try to fix the situation. I will not be returning to this store.
