I was greeted quickly and with a smile on everybody’s face. The team took care of my three large sub-order quickly. Inside of the restaurant was clean for the most part. I have not had a Firehouse Sub in quite a while so this is going to be a treat!

One of the rudest set of employees I’ve encountered. We called to place a carry out at 0823pm on Sunday 8/11/19. When the staff answered, and my wife said “Hey, I’d like to place a to go order.” She was promptly hung up on. My wife called back two more times and it rang until voicemail. When we arrived we found a staff clearly irritated we were there. When we received our carry out one staff member yelled to the other to “Turn our open sign off and” . They flicked the sign off and had the door locked as soon as it shut behind me at 8:39pm.
