This has been my favorite spot for many many years. But I am done coming here until they open the hot sauce counter back up. They used to have every type of hot sauce to choose from and that’s what made coming here enjoyable. Today I asked for sriracha and he gave me a single packet, I asked for more he gave me one more…these were like ketchup packets!

I waited over 20mins for an online order that should’ve been ready. Once I received the sandwich’s they didn’t have cheese, pickle, tomato’s and were thrown together so sloppy!!! This location gives firehouse subs a bad name! Will not be returning!

Will not return to this location. Went to wash my hands and toilet was full of feces, flushed it out of courtesy but realized toilet did not work. Food areas were dirty and no lids available for drinks. Ordered a loaded sandwich and got no cheese or tomato. Just dirty.

The restaurant is wonderful. It’s always clean. Great prices for the size of the subs. I love their soft bread, fresh vegetables, and the heated meat and cheese. I used to only eat at subway, but not anymore! I love this place more than Subway.

THEY STOLE FROM ME!! I ordered a big order for my co workers and I online and they took my payment, which nothing out of the ordinary. When we went up there to pick up they said they never got the order because their system was down and they are trying to fix the order even when I showed them a confirmation order email they still refused to give me our meals and they would not give me a refund! Then they said “when our system comes back up we will refund you! Give us 2 days” 2 days passed I called “still trying to get through it the manager is busy he’s going as fast as he can to refund everyone.” I said okay not a problem I was patient. WEEKS CAME BY, ITS BEEN A MONTH AND STILL NOTHING!! I’ve called and now they just give me the go around! Do not order online! These people will scam you!!! I don’t ever leave reviews but this is just horrible! I feel scammed..

Absolutely horrible customer service and money hungry people. I work for a major company and we order breakfast and lunch everyday for entire team. Firehouse Subs is one of our “go to” restaurants we order from them at least 4-5 times a month at almost $150 or more each time. Last week I placed an order and paid for it for one of my co-workers to pick up the next day because I would be out that day with my daughter in the hospital. Well long story short the order was not picked up they claimed to be having internet issues. So my co-worker reordered the food and paid with his credit card. The same amount of food to feed the number of people we normally feed. Firehouse refused t offer a refund and even accused us of giving the wrong name after claiming that we went to the wrong restaurant …. when we’ve been using this SAME restaurant for about a year with the same NAME on the order. Firehouse said that because he didn’t order exactly what was on my receipt they couldn’t offer a refund or even replace the order. That is sad because we do so much business with them. And the guys never know what I’m going to order them on a daily basis. So that’s not fair to put it on me like that. If Jay(Firehouse employee) had put the correct name on the receipt I would have got my order. Blanca ended up trying to handle my situation with no solution. My boss and president will no longer do business with them and they will be reporting fraud as I never received a hard copy of my receipt or my order! BAD BUSINESS FIREHOUSE! Wouldn’t take our order in store. Said computer broke down and couldn’t process our app rewards. They told us we had to order it on our phone in the app. But the app wouldn’t take our order 30 minutes before closing, even though we were literally at the counter talking to the employee.
