We ordered two turkey bacon ranch medium subs and one grilled chicken medium sub. Using the birthday freebie seemed a little complicated for the employee but he figured it out on his own – although there were three other employees standing around.

My favorite hot sub chain. There locations are everywhere and the quality of the sandwiches is never less no matter where you are. New York Steamer is my personal favorite. I appreciate that they help out firefighters with donations with having family members who were lifetime firefighters.

Did an online order and all 3 sandwiches were wrong and I purchased 3 bags of chips that I never received. Paid 58.00 for sad sandwiches and invisible chips. Called location and they wanted me to leave work and come all the way back to them for them to correct the mistakes they made. I dont know where you work but I dont get two lunch breaks and if I did I dont want to spend it running back and forth to Firehouse. My order was in writing and you couldnt get it right the first time so no I dont want more food. I wanted lunch not supper. I ate there once a week but never ordered online. If you go inside they can get it right but not online. However, how my call was handled told me I wasnt going back.
