Outstanding customer service

worst experience at this location. the manager Anne is rude and likes to curse her guest out because of a order error on her staff. while waiting in this location for over 30 minutes, i heard her belittle the staff and speak to them in a awful tone as well as being rude to customers but I was the only one to speak out against it. i’ve worked in customer service before and i have never heard such nasty language and comments come from a MANAGER. behavior like this is unacceptable, Anne needs to be terminated immediately unless this is how Firehouse likes to treat their customers

Since I was in the Cumberland Mall area I decided to stop by this firehouse subs to give them a try. Is Firehouse subs has been here I want to save for maybe 4 or 5 years if I’m not mistaken, it’s a great and nice location sits on top of the hill plus plenty of parking space in the back they even have a patio dying in area as well if you want to sit outside. I will say it was around lunch time when I went so the wait time was almost 30 minutes but I believe they had a catering order in front of everyone else’s order. But other than that I have no other complaints, as always I love Firehouse Subs you can’t go wrong!!!

The folks taking your order behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. Always a great sub – Even better when you can catch them with their specials. I miss the location at Sope Creek , only because it was closer to the house.

If this wasn’t the first negative review for this location, I would give them a pass because of the holidays. I called on Christmas Eve around noon to place and order, again I know it’s busy. I asked if I could order and the girl told me no. She said that they were way too busy. I actually laughed because I had vowed not to patronize this location again. I only need one sandwich. I hung up and went to another location that accepted my order graciously.

Poor service. Messed up order, took it back, and never remade it. When I asked for it after 10 mins, they remade it while complaining (meat and cheese only on white bread). It was still wrong after the remake and they didn’t care.
