I don’t have too much to say except this was alright. I had some people talk this place up to me a lot and we came here because Cain’s had closed early. We had a corned beef sub and a smoked turkey sub. Nothing remarkable about either to be honest. Bread was fresh and hot but the meat was fairly flavorless. Not bad, just nothing better than “okay”. Probably won’t go back…will definitely be a different location if I do.

Worse experience ever! Walked in tonight ten minutes before closing apparently and the two employees didn’t bother to greet us & one said you know we closing right, then the other employee threw his hands up in the air. We walked out after this encounter and definitely won’t be back. Sad we drove here after working all week and just wanted a couple sandwiches.

Generally love Firehouse and the new smoked triple stack was good. It would have been better if still warm and actually awaiting me on the Online Orders rack instead of getting cold on the front counter with a worker finally saying, “We called your name earlier.” I mean, did you call it again? Why didn’t you put the online order where it was supposed to be? I’m hesitant to order at this location again because when and where the order will be at pickup is inconsistent.

OMG slowest of the entire franchise… 18 minutes for a sandwich while the kids move at the speed of SLUG. I’ll never be back to this one EVER. Half of my sandwich had no meat…. For a $9 sandwich I would at least expect some meat. Manager just makes excuses……

Ordered a gluten free Turkey sub and it was absolutely doused in Mayo. I couldn’t eat the bread because it was so soggy and the rest of it was dunked in Mayo and inedible.

Absolutely the best Firehouse I have ever been to. The staff is what makes it so awesome. We place a large order once a year for a school trip, and the same staff members are there every year when I go to pick it up. The manager said he has been there 8 years! Super kind and helpful!

Bad customer service. Horrible employees..Lady didnt want to take “any more orders” because it was getting busy. Definitely takes their time on making simple sandwiches. Even for doordash orders. They should be ready upon arrival. Not 30 mins after waking in the door..

The most amazing gluten free sub I’ve ever had. Gluten-free is hard to find in most franchise sub and burger joints. Not only did they have that option but it was so delicious and soft. Nice friendly staff and very accommodating
