We we’re greeted upon entering. Good variety of sandwiches, serves soup, chips, cookies, etc. Food tasted good overall but it was fairly expensive for what you get. Unfortunately was not the cleanest at this time so that was a turn-off. Garbage on floor in restaurant & trash on the counter by drink machines. Restrooms needed attention. Employees were having personal conversations w/each other while working instead of paying attention or talking with the customers. Order taker definitely not the friendliest to deal with. No customers in store when we arrived so there was no wait before placing order. Food was made promptly. Wheelchair accessible seating, handicap accessible bathrooms & a couple handicap parking spots out front. I would go and have it again with the hope that the above minor issues were no longer a concern.

Dirtiest Firehouse I have ever been in and the smallest sandwich I have ever gotten too. The “staff” we all young adults/or teens that hadn’t cleaned any of the tables or the floor in what appeared to be all day. But, they had plenty of time to gossip and flirt with each other while we sat and ate. My salad was ok, it appeared to be pre-made in a container. My husbands sandwich was pitiful. If there is an adult manager at this location, they were not present that Friday night.

Tried to order online. System evidently not working. Had to call order in. Tried to use reward points over phone.. Was told reward points had to be used in store. When I got to store, employee, possibly a manager, wearing different shirt, said they didn’t redeem points. Why have a rewards card, if they won’t redeem points earned through loyalty purchases? I think some re-orientation or better training to start might be in order.

This is the second time that my family ordered online from this location, and each time they have gotten my order completely wrong. This time, as you can see from the receipt next to the sandwich, it was supposed to have meat, cheese, peppers, and sauteed onions. When we got home, this is what they actually gave me. We tried to call them and they are closed. We have only ordered online so there is no way that this could have been misconstrued or lost in translation. They also left out my part of my daughter’s kids meal this time. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go eat my lettuce sandwich. ‍♀️

I was there around 8 PM and it was my first time eating there, I was too nervous to decide what to get, I went with a salad to eat something lighter at that time. This sweet girl helped me out on decided between the 2 salads to choose from. Sadly they were out of bacon, and as she nervously looked at me to break the news, I had no concern whatsoever, but she immediately tried to make it right for me by offering chips, brownie/cookie, or some soup. I stood there and just asked for extra cheese instead so it wasn’t a hassle for both ends. I really wish I got her name because she made the whole thing easy for someone like me to be nervous on what to get and did it with a smile too! I got home to unbag my food and WOAH that salad is making 2 meals for me, everything was fresh, and I definitely will be back. Nobody should complain about pricing of their meals there because you get exactly what you pay for and high quality tasting food is always a win for people that also have sensitive stomachs and are scared to try new places or different things. Can’t wait until next time!

Great subs. Pleased to be able to dine in the restaurant. Employees seem very loud, but that might be normal there. I asked the girl at the register if she could tell me how to enter my receipt for points. She told me she didn’t have a clue. Halfway through our meal we decided to take the rest of our meal home. One of the workers had opened the back door and left it opened. Way too cold with the wind blowing through. Will try it again, maybe when it warms up
