I pre-ordered the sub and it was ready at the time they said! Good customer service. Nice corned beef brisket sandwich too.

First time my family has been to Firehouse Subs and they didn’t disappoint us at all. My wife had the Firehouse Hero without the condiments and rabbit food as she calls it, my son had the Engineer, and I had the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich. Totally worth it all the way. Sorry I didn’t get any pictures of the food. We’ll be back.

Tried firehouse subs for the first time on 2/25/23. I knew it was pretty expensive as I looked at the menu previous to dining here but did not realize that I’d leave feeling ripped off. I paid $36 for 2 subs and a mac and cheese. The hot subs weren’t even hot and skimpy with meat. The mac and cheese on the menu board showed that it was a full bowl but I got it and it was half full, barely 3 bites and also ice cold, for $5.50 that’s ridiculous. For the price I didn’t even get drinks or chips. There are plenty of other sub places for half the price and same quality. Not to mention we went in to order and took an hour before we left with our takeout. Super slow service. Why didn’t the associate say hey, you can pay $4 less to get a full meal. Just stupid.

Employees were very nice. Chatted with me while they made an amazing beef and cheddar brisket. So yum. Place was clean.

I can’t express enough how disappointed I was with this place. The prices they charge for the sizes they provide are outlandish. $8.00 dollars for a small. The spoon they provide for the chili is bigger than the small sandwich. I get it… it’s a small… I shouldn’t be expecting a monstrous size sandwich…which I wasnt…but nowhere listed do they provide info about sandwich sizes. Maybe put some sizes up on the website so customers are aware. Never again firehouse, we’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s!

Nothing good to say! Firehouse is pricey so you expect better than most. Unfortunately this is multiple times this hasn’t happened! 2 sandwich Online order placed 159pm arrived at location at 220pm finally got order at 245pm after watching several walk-in customers being served before me. Got home and both sandwiches were not only prepared wrong but they were both soggy to the point of being WET. Bread was soaked! Spent $35 and waited over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches that were thrown away. I want my money back and demand someone from your organization reach out to do so or u lost another customer! This location is terrible!

I called to see if they could put the contents of the spicy Cajun chicken sub into a salad. It came out amazing. They even made a ranch Cajun dressing sauce from scratch that really complimented the salad well. Spicy Cajun chicken salad!

It’s a difficult place to get into as far as parking goes. I like the quality of their sandwiches more than subway but I give the edge to jersey mike’s.

Everything was great, except the, “cherry limeade,” which was neither cherry, nor lime, also be warned the, sweetened ice tea is like, more sugar than tea, the kind that tastes like tea flavored bread. lol but yeah, first time at this location & like all FHS’s, I was greeted immediately upon entry, everyone was super nice & cheery, place was very clean, has the Coke Remix drink thingy, & food is fantastic! Yum, totally returning!
