I was suggested the “Hero” sub. I don’t ever eat here so I asked what was popular and this was given to me. It did take a while for my sandwich as there was Uber orders ahead of mine. It wasn’t packed and I was able to get a clean table. Only bad part is mellow yellow was out but there was many other options available. Would try again.

Terrible experience. I called ahead of time and specifically asked for the order to be double checked for accuracy since it was going to a family struggling through hardship. Kid on the phone acted like he could care less and just said, “Ok, yeah” and hung up. Sure enough the order was incorrect. Drinks for kids meals were missing. Toppings that were supposed to be left off weren’t. Toppings that were supposed to be added weren’t. My wife called to speak to a manager only to be told there wasn’t one on duty. So, she left a message with her phone number for a call back. Been over a week, no call back. Just terrible, below standard customer service all around.

I didn’t even get a quarter way through my sandwich when I started to eat it I felt something stringy but not lettuce pulled it out and it was PLASTIC!! PLASTIC WRAPPING IN MY SANDWICH!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Firehouse is normally great, but something isn’t right at this location. Sandwich isn’t even edible it has so much mayonnaise on it. Literally a massive amount even leaking out of the side. My wife’s sandwich also had several toppings on it that were specifically requested to not be on it.

We ordered two Italian subs. Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian sub. It was slopped with so much mayonnaise dripping out all over. I wanted to gag. It was horrible.

Closing early, and the person on the other end when I was called was very rude/ racist. Iam a Handicap person that was trying to get help with ordering, and was told they closed when it was not time . Very disappointing that this store is allowed to discriminate .

Would have given no stars as I didn’t get to eat anything as I didn’t even get to order! Walked in to a not so busy restaurant today, 1/7 around 1130ish. 1 person taking orders, 2 preparing food. Couple in front of me orders and then I am told “be right with you” by order taker who then starts making subs. After 5+ minutes and several more “be right with yous” I left. I don’t understand why my order could have first been taken before order taker jumped to help make food. Made no sense. I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s for now on.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs for a quick lunch, and while the food was decent, I felt that it didn’t quite live up to the hype. The subs were fresh and the ingredients were of good quality, but I found the portion sizes to be a bit smaller than expected, especially considering the prices. Additionally, the service was just okay – the staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very attentive to customer needs. On the positive side, the restaurant had a nice ambiance and was clean and well-maintained.
