My family LOVES FHS. When we want deli style subs, we don’t go anywhere else but FHS. We stopped in for the second time on our way back home from a tournament and the portions and size of the subs were still the same: small for the price you pay. Both times now, my large sub, looked like a small. This is the only FHS I’ve been to that cuts back a lot on how they make their sandwiches. For the cost, it’s not worth coming in here for.

Great customer service. I was having some issues with DoorDash getting my order to me. There was some kind of glitch, and I think it was showing as my order not being assigned to a DoorDash driver. I kid you not, 12 dashers tried to pick up my order, but the order didn’t show up on Firehouse Sub’s side. When the order did show up, a dasher picked it up… and never delivered it to me. I walked in and Firehouse Subs made me my food again and apologized about the issues (when in reality I think DoorDash was the one having the issues… no hate on DoorDash though, mistakes happen). The Firehouse Subs employees were super friendly and made the experience a lot better.

It’s a great place.. but.. when it’s 110 degrees outside, their indoor seating gets to 85+.. I love the food, just don’t go there when its excessively hot outside as their AC will not keep up.
