Food is always good. Dining area has always been clean whenever I’ve dined in or stopped in to grab take-out. The bathrooms were a little questionable last time we went, but it was the busiest time of the day on the first Friday of summer vacation… AND I’m pretty sure they were in the process of training a new employee. So I’m definitely not mad given the apparent circumstances! Employees were super nice even if we waited a bit longer than normal. All in all a pleasant experience here. And as always the food was scrum-diddly-umpcious

$40 on 2 full beef and cheddar meals. Sandwich’s were cut short on meat, one half was mostly fat pieces. After receiving the sandwiches, person running the checkout forgot to give me drinks, had to ask for them (which then my wife received an attitude for?) shouldn’t have to ask for my drinks. Plus we only got one straw, thanks.

A female employee who works there filed a false police report against my cousin. He went there to eat with other family members not knowing she would be there, and her manager kicked them all out for making her “feel uncomfortable”. How she feels “uncomfortable” I’m not sure, considering she is the one who lied to the police about my cousin. Her and her manager are both in the wrong here. Would give zero stars if possible for both of their behavior.

The worst portion size looking into the prices. I ordered a medium italian sub and the sauce was dripping all around. The bread had no crunch and the cheese smelt really bad. You will have a much better experience in jimmy jones or even subway at that price.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at Firehouse Subs. Prices have jumped majorly and we ordered two medium subs and it was $25. We ordered a steak & cheese, which was super skimpy on both the steak and cheese. We also ordered a brisket, which had hardly any meat, cheese or any barbecue sauce. Will not be returning. This was ridiculous! Would have had better subs from subway
