Ordered the Smoking triple stack. Was a sloppy soggy mess! It was supposed to come with sweet tangy cole slaw, it literally had a few pieces of carrots and no cole slaw! I took it back and the girl behind the counter stated they only have a little bit left and the manager told them to only put a l tiny bit on the subs . Really??? What the heck! So then she asked if I wanted what was left and proceeded with a attitude to scrape the container and give me the little they had left in a side container . Why the attitude?? My first and last time coming to this place!!!!!

The gentleman (possibly William) who help us today was awesome and our sandwiches were picture perfect! Probably the some of the best customer service I’ve received since moving to Waldorf 4 years ago.

Always a great place to stop in and get a firehouse sub. The place is clean and everyone there is friendly. My favorite sub there is the Italian but this time I tried the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. It is now tied with the Italian as my favorite. The spicy Cajun chicken was one step below that but it was really good also.

So disappointed!!! We visited this location and upon walking inside not one staff member acknowledged our presence. We walked over to the counter and had enough time to decide what we wanted to order. We stood there for some time and still, no one said anything. There were at least 4 people behind the counter making sandwiches, and while they looked at us several times, no one said anything. The professional and courteous thing was to have said, “Welcome to Firehouae! Someone will be with you shortly”. We stood there for a few more minutes then decided that it was apparent that they did not want our money so we turned and walked out. They just looked and said nothing.HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE customer service!!!

This was a really nice experience as I was having a really bad day. Cojo was sooo wonderful and had great customer service. He was kind enough to inform us of a 6-7 min wait. Another customer was not happy about that. I thought he was very professional and polite to inform us of the wait to manage our time. So we stepped out really quick and came back inside. The food was really very good. I have to eat gluten free for a sensitivity. I had steak and cheese on gluten free bread. It was delicious! This was my first time here and it is now my favorite new spot. I would recommend that anyone try the cheese steak. Next time I will order the large!

After multiple visits here thinking that we the sandwiches would be improved on and CORRECT for what is ordered I give up on this location. No meat, green tomatoes and no lettuce. Will go to Kingstown from here on. Reading the astounding negative reviews (especially recently) it seems like maybe the way this business is being run isn’t working out too well. Your management and employees obviously don’t care for your business as in most absentee ownership restaurants. It’s sad to see such a good thing go turn to garbage when it’s such a nice place and started out great.

7/1/23, I thought I was getting a full sub, but what I got was a turkey, bacon ranch with more bread than meat. I ordered a large sub and half of it had meat on it. I showed the person that made it and he told me that the owner instructed us to measure the meat with a scale . I had no problem with the scale , but the portions of the meat had been reduced to the point it short changes the customer. I could’ve gone to subway if I wanted a skimpy pathetic looking , half meat having, sandwich. The portion size doesn’t match the price customers are paying at this location. There is to much competition out here to be skimping on customer when it comes to portion sizes .Will stick with litteri’s Italian market where their sandwiches are worth the price and taste way better too..

Horrible customer service from the dude with the black hoodie on. Impatient and disrespectful. Not sure how he got the job but he needs some customer service training! And got the order wrong on top of his poor skills. Expected a tip as well after all that! Absolutely not! This was after a weekend were I submitted a catering order that was not only delivered late but wrong as well! Talk about giving ppl a second chance and then experience this! Nah I’m done. Never again.

Today was the first time i EVER ate here and ive only ever been here to pick up Doordash orders a few times, but ive never eaten here. today i went in to get that ‘meatball pepperoni sub’ i saw on tv, and when i walk in, there’s like 4-5 huddled around the register and nobody greets me or the other people walking in behind me, i walk up to the register and the guy taking my order was so unenthusiastic to me,was very short with his responses to me, he talked over me every time i was about to respond, then i took a second to figure out what else i wanted, then said “okay ill also get..” loud enough for him to have heard me, and repeated my sub order to him, and he was zoned out the entire time, and i had to repeat myself after he said “what?”; ive worked at Starbucks and i didnt always have a great day but i never subjected customers to it, but this dude clearly was not having a good day or he was stoned and not giving a damn today, or something, but the whole experience was very annoying to me and he wasn’t at all helpful. It made me not wanna return there ever again; and on top of all of that they were out of the meatballs. One of the soda machines on one side was just carbonated water and the area around it was filthy, too; then i got home and my sandwich wasn’t made well at all; all the meat was on one side and the other had a slice of meat on it (i reorganized it and it was fine), but Like the entire experience was bad. The environment is nice cuz of the store and what ive seen on tv, but this store is awful and sadly it’s the only one around here. I hate saying this but that staff needs to be retrained; you dont need to worship the customer, but saying “hello, how’s your day? Welcome to firehouse subs!” Etc like those aren’t difficult…cleaning the restaurant when it’s not busy, then going back to standing around isn’t difficult either, and making a sandwich well enough that the customer doesnt have to REMAKE it isn’t too much to ask. I expected better from a place that prides itself in being about firefighters and first responders. ill give it a try one more time with a different crew in there, but this was 2/10 experience. This was around 5pm so dont go in there around then
