On this visit to Firehouse Subs, I got the Italian Sub on Wheat combo with Mac and Cheese for my side dish. I also got a New York Steamer for my dad.

Disappointed. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 subs, no orders ahead of mine.

April 21,2023 8:32 pm. Definitely shouldn’t have kids working without a older adult on shift. Horrible service. Walked in , wasn’t greeted and no one never came over to assist me. I ended up leaving and going some place else with better service

I had my girlfriend pick up 2 subs 3/29. Everyone ate it. Now I have a whole family getting sick in the middle of the night. Contacting the health department tomorrow. I hope to God this place shuts down or I pray for all you. I’ve never seen my 2 year old so sick.

Would do negative stars if possible. No sense of urgency, worst service I’ve ever had. There needs to be a responsible adult watching these kids to keep them moving. First and last visit to this location. Waited over 45 minutes for my sandwich.

Good food but just know there’s always a 7-10 min wait for your food. Made fresh

Some of the staff is kind and friendly, but some of them sigh when you come to the counter and make you feel like you’re a nuisance that they have to do their job. Last time I was here I watched the kid roll his eyes when I approached the counter, take his sweet time to walk over, and he didn’t even say anything or greet me, he just stared for a bit and grumbled. And I get it man, I worked food service for years and customers would be rude, you’re not getting paid a lot, life is hard, and it’s probably not where you wanna be working, but at least try to fake it or do yourself a huge favor and get a different job. Someone that disgruntled shouldn’t be working in food service.

Sandwiches were very good, but extremely expensive for what you get. I got the “small” of two different subs, the total came to almost $14, and I came away with two tiny little 3” sandwiches. I was not expecting the equivalent of a 6” sub for that kind of price.

I have been here in the past but this last visit was my wife’s first time. She was not impressed and with good reason. The staff seemed more interested in flirting with one another than doing their job and as a result my wife’s sandwich was messed up and not what was ordered. My daughter had to ask for part of our order since no one was paying attention. All in all it is great sandwiches but when you hire kids you need to keep an adult on site to keep them on track.

Service has slowed down quite a bit in the past few months but the food is worth the wait.
