I had the steak and cheese and its bad… this is my first time trying firehouse subs too and i was skeptical as the place is pretty dead during lunch hours… the gamestop next door had more customers…. well my steak and cheese came back salty and for some reason, incredibly sweet as well. Idk if its the mayo or what but it was sweet. The meat are small and thin and cut into a million pieces… Buns are not toasted enough and was soft/soggy… i had better at subway

I ordered a sandwich as is. It came as though I had ordered it “light,” with maybe three tiny slices of onion on the entire sandwich. Not a big deal, I was just hoping they would remake it. So I called and explained that I was unsatisfied with the sandwich. The manager was shockingly rude and basically just kept telling me I was wrong. Only after arguing about it for several minutes did she offer to remake it. With the number of good sandwich places around here, I can’t wrap my head around treating your customers this way.

First time eating Firehouse Subs and I gotta say “It was a wonderful experience.” I ordered the Brisket with Cheddar and the meat was very tender and tasty, I am very impressed. Will be back.

Tasty sandwiches, especially the steak and cheese! The online ordering service is very easy and specific with toppings.

So I normally love firehouse subs which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a one. Young kids working, no greeting when entering a nearly empty store, first time at this location and I was oblivious to the sign that says order here but when I asked, the girl simply pointed? Brisket and cheddar subs made me and my bf sick (the only thing we both ate that day that was the same) he puked it all up, no idea why, made me nauseous and dizzy, not nearly enough sauce on meatball sub and Italian was dry and made wrong. Spent 80 bucks on 4 large subs, Mac n chz and a couple other things- live an hr away

Always a treat to stop in and get a sandwich here. I’m a Hook & Ladder guy…but I could see myself going for a meatball one of these days, too.

We love fire house! We moved up from FL and they are a dime a dozen down south. This is the only fire house around and we literally drive an hour to go get a sub. The owners are so nice and will take the time to chat with you. Restaurant is very clean and the food is great. Highly recommend!

Ok subs. Not outstanding but nothing really to complain about either. Prices are about the same as other sub shops. Limited bread choices, white roll or wheat roll. Three sizes, small is about 3″, medium about 6″ and I have not tried the large.
