I tried ordering online and the website placed my order for pickup a week from today so I went to the store to correct the issue. My order of four subs was made promptly but one the subs was entirely wrong, missing cheese and jalapenos. There was also no pickle spears included with any of the sandwiches. I ordered an hour before close but due to the issue with the website my food was made right at close so most items were wrapped. I imagine they knew how to correctly make the food but due to laziness and not wanting to re-wrap items they left some stuff off. Disappointed as I’ve only had good experiences with fire house subs and typically they do a great job. This is a bit of a let down.

Clearly the order says ONLY tomato and onion but instead they put the mayo and lettuce THAT I DID NOT WANT!!! This happens quite often at this location, unfortunately I’m now on the interstate and have no choice but to eat the YUCK or throw it out

The Firehouse Subs on Celanese has it down pat. I ordered via their app, time quoted for pickup was spot on. Food was really good. I got a Hook and Ladder and it came out right. Everything I asked for was on it, it was well put together (not sloppy or anything) and the sub was still toasty warm when I picked it up. I’ve ordered pickup and dine-in from this location and have never had any issues at all. Always comes out perfect and tastes great.

Sorry. First visit to Firehouse and was just not impressed at all. She had the Itialian and I had the Smokehouse Brisket. The Smokehouse meat had no flavor and was more wet than toasted. Maybe I just didn’t know what to ask for. Her Itialian w/Itialian dressing she said just wasn’t good. The self-serve soda machine was dirty and had an odor. I know all cost are up (and we eat out too much) but $38.36 total for lunch makes me picky.

I go here all the time love it , but this particular day my orders except for one was right the other ones didn’t come with any tomatoes or onions or pickles it’s like she did not understand the assignment. I really do understand that it’s a restaurant worker shortage but come on when I go to a restaurant I expect to get what I paid for in this case it just didn’t happen
