My sandwich was not as full and pretty as the pictures but it was delicious. I use a cane and the order taker helped me get my order to my car. I thought that was very sweet.

My wife is pregnant and was on a mission to have Firehouse Subs. We walked in and there was about 5 people in line. The staff member at the register was moving people quickly, and was very friendly. I’m indecisive, so I asked his opinion between two sandwiches. He told me to go with the Meatball sub, and I gotta say… great choice! This was my second time at Firehouse (grew up on Subway) and it blew Subway’s meatball sub out of the water. My wife got a cooked Turkey sandwich and let’s just say… there were no survivors haha. Highly recommend this sub shop if your looking for friendly staff and a great sub.

HORRID CUSTIMER SERVICE. On 25th March, around 10:45am, I went in for my regular order. Almost instantly, one of the guys asked “are you here for the catering order?” There was no “welcome to firehouse” as per usual. Anyhow, I responded “no, I just want to place a regular sandwich order”.

Placed order online with initials for each subs, went to pick it up and it’s wasn’t label, the young African American male with dreads gave attitude and refused and went to Francisco, who went ahead and labeled our order. Furthermore, the African American male rude as if someone asked him to be there. The subs are good but the services aid terrible. This is the second time I have had to asked for our order to be label even though the order was placed with clear label.

Staff was friendly. One staff member took notice of the fact that it was or first time there and showed us how to order and gave us some sandwich selections. I really appreciated him cause I’m always nervous trying to order at a new place. The food was yummy and reasonably priced.

YUM! We went as a family this weekend, I got the Club on a Sub. We loved every bit from the friendly workers welcome greet you upon entering to the free refills. The ingredients are fresh, juicy meat, the bread is NOT dry, and the environment is clean. Very great experience

Ordered thru app for lunch after church. One sandwich had someone’s HAIR stuck in it. 3 sandwiches were soggy on bottoms. Brisket sandwich was inedible because it was so dry. The app had chicken and dumplings listed but not actually available which nothing was said till we got there 10 min after our order should have been ready. Hopefully we get the money back on that because they charged us for another bowl of soup SEPARATELY. When I drove the 20 min back to them to fix 2 of the sandwiches (hair and dry ones) he almost wouldn’t give me replacements of those 2 sandwiches. Kinda hard not to replace it when its your hair in my sandwich, Mr. Manager.(he was the only one with long black hair on shift and no one in our house has that hair either) He did make them and apologized.
