We spent a week in the Provo area and visited Firehouse 3 times. I had never eaten at Firehouse before even though it’s pretty popular at home. Well, that’s now changed and it’s going to be my go-to sandwich place. Fresh, flavorful, and they support firefighters. At this location, the employees were efficient and very friendly. The place is clean and bright.

Ordered via Doordash. Ordered 2 sandwiches to only get one that we ordered correct and the other was wrong. In addition the one that was “right” was missing ingredients and had some weird sauce that tasted gross. We used to love this place. It seems like it’s hit or miss on if things are good or not.

I love Firehouse Subs. The food is usually good and the service is pretty friendly. This was mostly true this time around but I’m not sure I got the double meat I paid for. the sandwich seemed a little light compared to what I typically get at the locations near my home.. Otherwise, it was the typical experience. I don’t know if I’ll dine here again. I’ve found a couple of other locations over the years that go light on meat and it’s easier to find a different location than to argue with them about it.

Honestly, the best Italian club sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Given, I haven’t eaten at a lot of sandwich places, but Jersey Mike’s, Sensuous Sandwich, and Subway all rank lower than this one. Plus, just reasonable prices and a clean, nice environment. I’ll for sure be back for more!
