One worker left me on the phone for 9 min on hold trying to call in my order. The Phone was still laying on the counter when I got there. I told them they could hang up now, I had made it, so I would eat there. They were not busy..only 4 people in the restaurant when I walked in.

Tried to call in order only to be placed on a never ending hold. Hung up and just went in. Rude cashier didn’t even speak. Then look at the phone oh no we left someone on hold I said yes it was me. They were so sorry but never offered drink for my wait. Older lady delivering food to dine in with a shirt full of stains just looking nasty. Won’t be going back anytime soon

My wife and I love Firehouse Subs so much we had it on a Monday and then again that Wednesday. The wife always gets her tried and true – Hook & Ladder, fully involved with NO lettuce. I had the tuna on Monday and the Corned Beef Brisket on Wednesday. I had to pay tribute to my family, you know.

As much as I love Firehouse Subs, I think I officially will have to stop. I just paid $6.04 for this small hook and ladder. NO CHIPS OR DRINK. I will have to take out a loan if I need chips and a drink. Too expensive for just a small sandwich.

The food is as expected. The problem is limiting the sacred sauce. We spent 30$ on 2 subs (one medium one large) and we’re given two half full mini containers of the sacred sauce and told we can’t have anymore. I miss the days where sacred sauce lined the shelf. You could take a whole bottle to your table.
